[07:39] * Mysterious Heroine notices that all of the people missing seem to be outsiders.
[07:40] <UMP-9> Okay, it's going to be about $250 for the tow, and all four of your tires are going to need to be replaced.

[07:42] * Mysterious Heroine starts reaching for her wallet in her jacket. The camera catches that she's wearing a tan-colored long-sleeve dress shirt and a black skirt (another clue!). Again, the camera doesn't go anywhere near her face.
[07:42] * Mysterious Heroine pulls out her credit card.
[07:43] <UMP-9> Oh no! Cash only! And in advance!
[07:43] * Mysterious Heroine looks over at the ATM which has a grat big "Out of Order" sign taped to the front of it.
[07:46] <UMP-9> Oh. Yeah. Over there. Yeah, we ain't got no Internet here in Whosville. None of the ATMs in this town work ever since the Forest Kits sabotaging all of the transmitters for some dang reason. We were gonna hunt them all down but those little critters are sneaky little buggers!
[07:47] <UMP-9> It's like they're actively trying to make people NOT want to come to this town!

[07:51] *** The scene switches and UMP-9's tow truck is pulling into the parking lot of Mina's Magicland.
[07:52] *** There's another car parked near the chained-up main doors to the restaurant, and leaning on the hood is none other than...!

[07:57] * Mysterious Heroine is paying more attention to the graffiti painted on the walls of Mina's Magicland. She sees statements like "bulldoze this place" and "gateway to hell". Some of them look like they were put on the walls with using hundreds of paw-prints.

[07:58] <UMP-45> But I am fixing to fix that! I intend to reopen the place! :D

Inside, the place is a mess, with trash scattered everywhere, signs that someone tried to do something with the place at some point but abandoned the project in the middle of it and never resumed, and all of the booth seat cushions have been ripped up.
[08:07] <UMP-45> Careful, it's a real mess in here. You'll understand why it'll be an all-nighter for you.
[08:07] *** The place looks like a cross between Chuck E Cheese and Pizza Hut.

[08:08] * UMP-45 turns it on and the old intro presentation, complete with happy music, starts playing.
