Shortly before that happened the Onryo arrived quite by accident. When the mana-shadow fell across our land, all Youkai and Mages within its area lost ALL of their powers. The dibilitating effects were crippling for us.

[20:25] <Sakuya Izayoi> Their second meeting happened a day later on Youkai Mountain when she stirred up the Tengu clans into attacking him. Once again, he could have shot her multiple times but didn't.
